Bible journaling is the perfect way to breathe new life into the time you spend with God.

It allows you to be creative and study the Bible in a whole new way. Just something as simple as drawing lines and arrows between different scriptures can help you gain fresh new insight into a Bible passage.

I discovered this when I decided to create my own journaling study Bible which I will discuss more a little later.

All of a sudden, through Bible journaling, I was able to see a familiar passage in a whole new way.

That’s why I’m excited to share with you 8 easy Bible journaling ideas that I hope will help you deepen your relationship with God and learn more about His will for your life.

7 Creative Ways To Spend More Time With God Everyday Even When You’re Short On Time!

Spending time with God is always important but right now, with how crazy the world seems, it feels even more vital.

But even as essential as it is to spend quality time with God, it still seems like so much of life gets in the way of this happening.

In our busyness, our time with our heavenly Father gets pushed to the side in favor of “more pressing” things.

We’ll say “I’ll do my study tomorrow” and then 10 tomorrows go by and we still haven’t spent any time with the Lord.

So what’s a Christian woman with a busy schedule supposed to do?

We could say no more often but if you’ve already committed to long-term, time-consuming commitments, it’s a bad witness to abandon your responsibilities.

You need some creative ideas that can help you spend more time with Jesus whether it be in prayer, Bible study, through worship and singing, Bible journaling, etc.

Being alone with God on a frequent basis is one of the best ways to obtain the spiritual growth that God wants us to have (and that we want too).

Alone time with God is one of the most important aspects of Christian living.

That’s why I’ve come up with some unique ways to spend more time with Jesus even when you’re short on time!

These are ideas that you probably haven’t considered.

In fact, some of the ideas are a little outside of the box so to speak so you’ll have to be a little open-minded with me here 🙂

None of these ideas are meant to take the place of a true deep dive Bible study.

But they will still help you stay connected to the Father because you’ll be spending time with Him throughout the day.

Okay now, let’s go ahead and get started.

9 Items to Keep in Your Purse for Anxious Moments When You Have ADHD!

Mini Calming Anti-Anxiety Toolbox  To Help Boost Your Mental Health On The Go!

1 Corinthians 7:32

“I want you to be free from anxieties.”

Oh man… we want this so badly, don’t we? To be free of anxiety and worry sounds amazing, doesn’t it?

But if I’m being honest, it also sounds elusive.

Like something that we might never have. With the news being at an unprecedented
level of stressfulness (yes I just made up a word), it’s hard to imagine that being free
from anxiety can be an actual “thing”.

I don’t want you to feel this way though.

You can fight and overcome anxiety.

Or at the very least you can reduce anxiety so much that it doesn’t rule your life and rob you of your joy.

The plan God has for your life will start to unfold before you once you stop letting fear and anxiety control you.

What you need is a kit of calming tools and strategies that you can turn to whenever anxiety starts to overcome you.

When you build this kit, you can use it to stop anxiety in its tracks (or greatly reduce it).

Arm yourself with these calming tools so you can have them at your disposal whenever you are in a stressful situation or you know you are able to go into an anxiety-inducing situation.

They will help you cope with whatever comes your way!

The beautiful thing about this mental health toolbox is that you can use this wherever you are…In the car, at work, on vacation, or at home.

And even your kids could use them if they suffer from mental health issues!

Or you could create one to give as a gift to someone you know who struggles with anxiety!

So let’s get started ya’ll!

25 Positive Journal Prompts for Women Who Feel Like Everything’s Falling Apart!

Positive Prompts For A More Joy-Filled & Purposeful Life!

I can’t lie… sometimes I’m not trying to follow Philippians 4:8-9. It’s like no matter how hard I try, I can’t focus on whatever’s true, noble, right, pure, lovely, or admirable.

I’d rather focus instead on whatever’s negative, annoying, painful, ugly, unfair, or wrong. It’s such an easy pit to fall into and so seemingly hard to get out of.

Negativity takes just a second to arise whenever things go down rail. It is super easy for negativity to take hold in our lives even to the point where we feel suicidal!

We all know that hard times are going to happen in our lives. That’s why it’s important to have an idea of how to cope with these hard times before they even come.

What I advocate most for are 4 things: trusting in God, prayer and Bible study, getting therapy, and sorting my feelings out in my journal, which is what we will talk about today…specifically journaling using positive prompts.

Why?

Journaling has been one of the most remarkable ways to address my emotions, get rid of depression and anxiety, and so much more.

Let’s dive into that today, shall we?

35 Journal Prompts For Forgiveness To Help Release Pain & Anger

If you’re struggling to forgive yourself or someone else, I know exactly how that feels.

Trust me…you’re not alone.

We all have a past, one that we’re sometimes not proud of… but how can we ever move past our guilt if we don’t forgive ourselves for our sins and past mistakes?

The same goes for when someone we love hurts us; even when (or if) they apologize, it can seem almost impossible to forgive them.

Because it feels like we are letting them off the hook or like they got away with something.

As Christian women, yes, the Bible tells us to love our neighbor as ourselves, but when someone deeply hurts us and we cannot seem to heal, how can we move on from this pain?

One powerful way is with journal prompts!

Let me tell you… journaling has been a powerful tool for exploring my feelings and working through my emotions.

Penning down my thoughts and feelings helped me understand them better and became a great way to release the negative energy that seemed trapped inside me.

Have you found yourself in this same situation? Well, it’s time to let go of your anger and forgive yourself and others.

Grab a pen and paper; let’s get through this journaling journey together!

17 Christian Faith Journal Prompts To Elevate Your Faith & Get Closer To God

Okay, my loves! Today we are going to talk about using faith journal promptsDo you ever ask where God is when everything in your life seems to be going wrong?

I know I have plenty of times!  Sometimes it seems like God isn’t even trying to answer our prayers even though He tells us to pray without ceasing.

It can get to be so frustrating that we start doubting Him.

Thoughts like “Does He hear our prayers?” “And if He does, hear them, does He care” begins to run through our minds.

These doubts and uncertainties are one of the main reasons why I love Christian journaling.

Writing down your prayers, thoughts cares, and fears in a journal is a wonderful way to be able to reflect back on your faith journey and remind yourself that God does indeed care and answer your prayers!

And using Christian journaling prompts is a great way to spark some inspiration when you aren’t sure what to write.  Let’s learn about some of the spiritual benefits of using a Christian journal.
