3 No-Brainer Lazy Ways To Make Eating Healthy & Delicious For Easier Weight Loss!
3 no-brainer lazy ways to make eating healthy delicious easy peasy.
I have to admit I’ve been low energy here lately.
And I certainly know why. I have not been eating as healthy as I should.
I’ve been relying on convenience foods that take no time to prepare and my energy has plummeted and weight loss has stalled.
So I know that changes need to be made. I’m assuming that if you’re here you also want to eat healthier.
Well, I’m truly glad you’re here to go on this journey with me.
I would love to just eat whatever and not worry about it but I know that meal planning and meal prepping are my friends when it comes to weight loss.
So I’ve researched and found 3 lazy, no-brainer ways to incorporate vegetables into your diet because vegetables are about the healthiest thing you can eat.
When you add healthy foods to your diet in a way that makes sense for your life, you are more likely to stick with this new way of eating for the long haul.
I don’t know if anyone else marvels at the produce section in the grocery store.
With all of the fruits and vegetables neatly organized in a bright array of colors, it is truly the most beautiful part of the grocery store.
I mean, just look at everything that God has created. Amazing right?
But how do you start eating more of these gorgeous foods so that our bodies can truly be nourished by all of their nutrients?
Here are a few ideas that you can try!
3 No-Brainer Lazy Ways To Make Eating Healthy & Delicious!
1) Add them to your smoothie or nutriblast
I personally use a Nutribullet and the drinks that are made with Nutribullets are called Nutriblasts.
The biggest difference between a nutriblast and a smoothie, in my opinion, is that typically a nutriblast is not an actual meal whereas smoothies with their yogurts and almond milk tend to be because of their calorie density.
I make my Nutriblasts with water as the liquid of choice which makes Nutriblasts a great low-calorie way to add more vegetables to your day.
I put big handfuls of bright green spinach (& strawberries, mango, pineapple, and blueberries) and it’s truly the healthiest thing I consume all day (and it’s totally delicious, I promise).
And when I skip it, my body feels it. I’m low energy, my period cramps are worse, and my mood suffers.
The Nutribullet is something I wouldn’t be without.

How To Make A Healthy & Delicious Nutriblast
Want to know how to make a nutriblast?
Here’s a video tutorial on how to do it! Like I mentioned earlier, I typically use spinach, pineapple, mango, strawberries, and blueberries in my nutriblast.
But I’ve also used kale, apples, cucumbers, grapes, and blackberries. You just have to play around with different combinations to come up with the perfect kind for you.
2) Salads With A Twist
I know I know…you’re probably sick of salads. I get it.
I love salads but let’s be really real, my typical salad is not healthy.
Once I add the cheese, dressing, and croutons I do not want to know the calorie count…it’s too depressing.
So what I decided to try is a roasted vegetable salad.
A roasted vegetable salad is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a salad of roasted instead of raw vegetables laid on top of a bed of greens (if you want them to be).
Here’s a video on how to make one:
This was a healthier alternative to a normal salad because I don’t need as much (if any) dressing or cheese sprinkled on top.
I had roasted chickpeas, sweet potato, white potatoes, and chicken. It was truly delicious and now I’m wondering why I don’t have them more often.
I just found a picture of it in my digital glow-up fitness planner so you can see that down below.
Whenever I find a healthy recipe or dish that I really like, I take a picture of it and upload it to my digital planner.
That way I have a visual reminder of the healthy meals that I actually want to eat.
Then when I sit down to meal plan, I can open my fitness planner, which has a meal planner, I have healthy meal ideas that I love, ready to go.
The digital fitness planner is available in my store and was created using the Trello app.
Click the link below to see how it works. If you’re looking for a digital meal planner, fitness and workout tracker, and glow-up/self-care journal all in one, then you need to see this!

3) Spiralizing
Remember this trend from a few years ago?
Well, it hasn’t gone anywhere. I’m predicting that spiralizing is here to stay.
And seeing how I have 2 spiralizers, it really is past time for me to start using them.
It used to be that people were only spiralizing zucchini. But now anything goes. You can spiralize butternut squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli and so much more.
Here’s how you use a spiralizer:
How do you use the noodles though?
Here is one of my favorite Youtube channels for learning how to use spiralized noodles. It’s such a fun way to get those veggies in your diet.
