–Why Use A Weight Loss Tracker
So why should you use a weight loss tracker printable? Well, I can think of several reasons:
One of the best reasons to use a weight loss tracker is so you can stay on top of your progress.
Because think about it. If you’re goal is to lose 50 pounds, how are you going to know if you’re moving in the right direction if you don’t track your progress? You have to know if you’re moving away from your weight loss goal (gaining weight) or moving toward your weight loss goal (losing weight).
And what better way to do that than to have a cute little paper tracker sitting your weight loss journal?
Another reason to use a weight loss tracker is so that you can see what is working and not working.
If you’re gaining weight, then you might want to readjust your diet or workout plan. If you’re losing weight (whoo hooo!) then you know you are killing the game and don’t need to change your diet.
A weight loss tracker will help you see both of these things so that you can lose weight a lot faster!
–How Effective Is A Weight Loss Tracker
How effective is a weight loss tracker? Well, it’s only as effective as you make it. If you use a fitness tracker as a tool to evaluate your progress then it will be extremely effective.
If you use it sporadically or use a weight loss tracker but don’t change your diet if you’re not getting the results you want, then a tracker will not be very helpful.
A weight loss tracker is merely a tool that assists you with your goals. I do believe a weight loss tracker will motivate you to keep going and not give up, especially once you’ve seen positive results!

– 7 Super Cute Free Weight Loss Tracker Printables To Fast Track Your Weight Loss!
Whether you’re looking for a monthly or weekly weight tracker or something a little different, I believe one of these free printables will be just what you need to kickstart or continue your health journey!
There’s a weight loss chart and other bullet journal printables you can add to a planner or binder! One thing I love to do is to track my body measurements.
There are many times that the scale doesn’t budge and yet you’ve lost inches on your arms, legs, and waist. That is just the encouragement you need to keep going!
And fortunately, I have an Inches Lost Tracker that you can use to track your measurements.
– Record How Many Pounds You’ve Lost With This Creative Tracker
This fitness tracker is one of my favorites. I love that it acts as a coloring sheet and you can fill in the circle that corresponds to the amount of weight that you’ve lost.
So if you have an awesome first week and you lose 5 pounds then you would color circles 1-5. Then if you lose 2 more pounds then you would color in circles 6 and 7. You keep coloring in the circles until you’ve reached 30 or your goal weight.
If you need to lose more than 30 pounds then you would just print out as many sheets as you need until you have enough So simple!
I recommend putting this tracker into a weight loss journal binder. That way if you have 3 different sheets because you need to lose 90 pounds, then all of your printables can be all together.

– Get Toned & Trim With This Lost Inches Tracker
Okay, I know I said the last weight loss tracker was one of my favorites but this one is too! Once you start your health journey, not only will you lose weight but you will also lose inches.
And sure you could write your measurements on a plain piece of paper (a little boring but I still love doing it). However, why not make tracking more fun with this inches tracker?
Losing inches is one of the awesome byproducts of a weight loss journey and you’ll want to keep track of your progress. I know I enjoy seeing the flab in my arms disappear or when the tape measure fits tighter around my waist.
With this Lost Inches Tracker, you write your starting measurements on the left side of the printable. Then you set a goal of how long you want to wait until you measure again.
Say you’re doing a 6-week challenge. Write the date that your challenge starts and then your measurements.
You can also go ahead and write down the date your challenge ends, so you know exactly how much time you’re working with.
Once your six weeks are up, take your measurements again and see how many inches you’ve lost. Congratulations! I knew you would kill it!

– Track Your Weight Loss And Your Inches Lost With This Printable!
With This simple and chic monthly weight loss tracker I suggest printing off 12 of them at the beginning. Then you can punch holes in them and stick them in your binder.
This weight loss tracker has it all! The other trackers either tracked your weight loss or your inches lost but this one does both!
Perhaps you can tell that I love the color purple (both the color and the movie but anywho) but I could be persuaded to make this in another color if I was asked! Another thing I love is that the tracker has a place to write your total inches lost.
When you see how much progress you’ve made overall you will be that much more motivated to keep going!

– Check Out This Pink and Purple Circle Weight Loss Tracker
This weight loss tracker is very similar to the first one but had a different design. The biggest difference is that there are no numbers in the circles.
Each circle represents one pound. So for each pound you lose, you would color in one circle.
And just like with the other tracker, it would be motivating to put a start date and an end date on the page right at the beginning so you know what time from you want to accomplish your goals in.
Oohh and it would be so pretty if you color coordinated the circles. You could either use markers or colored pencils that are similar shades as the ones on the paper. Or you could use alternating shades to create a beautiful pattern.
No reason why you can’t be an artist as you lose weight right?

– Track Your Weight Loss Progress For 25 Weeks With This Printable
Ok so this fitness tracker is different. It’s a 25-week tracker. Instead of writing down each pound that you lose, you check off how many pounds you lose each week.
This gives you a different perspective from the other weight loss trackers. Doing a week-by-week analysis can help see what is and is not working in your diet or workout routine.
It would be really good to pair this with a weight loss journal so you can give details as to what methods you tried each week.

– Whether You Lose Or Gain Weight, This Tracker Has You Covered
Ugh, unfortunately, this tracker has a spot for weight loss and weight gain.
I mean, if you’re trying to gain weight then this tracker is perfect for you. But if you only want to lose weight then this chart might be a little depressing if you’re not meeting your goals.
However, having to write that you gained 5 pounds last week might be the motivation you need to up your game. It’s all a matter of perspective!

– Free Spirited Weight Tracker For Casual Weight Loss
At least 3 other fitness trackers have been my favorite but this one is so cute that I have to add it to the list. It’s a simple and fun design and is the most free-spirited of the trackers.
The other trackers are a little more detailed but this one can be just as effective. This is how you would use it.
On the first scale, you would write your starting weight. And in the white squares, you get to decide what weight loss milestones you want to track.
Every time you lose 5 pounds you could write it in one of the little boxes. Or maybe you want to celebrate every single pound you lose. Hey, they are all worth celebrating!
