Walk At Home
Leslie's walk at home workouts were one of the first workouts I did when I first started exercising. They were about all I could do at that point and I thank God that she created them. I would not be where I am without them. While I couldn't find the exact DVD that I have, I trust all of her DVDs to be of great quality. Please check her out if you are looking to make that first step in your weight loss journey.
Nutribullet
This thing right here is my ride or die blender! I love it. I goes with me on vacays even because I just know life won't be right without it. I used to hate green drinks before I used the nutribullet but that has definitely changed. I believe drinking nutriblasts have helped changed my taste buds to where I like the taste of vegetables more. Absolutely vital in my health and weight loss journey.
Steadfast
Okay guys, I'm really shy but I'm putting myself out there more even if it's difficult. So 2 years ago I wrote a book and told no one about it (hence the reason why there are no reviews). However, I know that it is a book that would help people so sometimes you have to get over yourself and do what you know you should do even if it's uncomfortable. I'm a firm believer that losing weight and keeping it off is not just about exercising and eating healthier. Many times we have to do some internal healing in order to lose weight. It ain't fun but in the long run, if we want to lose weight for good we have to be willing to do it or we will keep yo-yo dieting for the rest of our lives.
This book will help you dig deeper into why we needed to lose weight in the first place and so we can start the healing process.
Winsor Pilates
I literally felt a change in my body's strength after only a few workouts. It is so powerful! I can't recommend it enough but be sure to get a pilates circle with it as this makes for a deeper more intense workout. When I got my DVD a million years ago, it came with the circle but I don't believe this one does. I've included a link to a pilates ring that looks similar to the one I have but it is not the same and I have not used this particular one.
Weights
Lifting weights is a game changer. I really did at one point spend months walking on a treadmill for up to an hour 3 or 4 times a week and saw no change in my body. But when I lift weights, I can see changes in my body in a matter of weeks. I prefer weights like these because you can adjust them as you need to based on your fitness level.
